625
Nickel
Alloy
625 is a high nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed for use on Inconel® alloys 601,625 and 690. Also recommended for Incoloy® 800, 825 and 800T. Excellent High temperature alloy in corrosive environments. Deposit will exhibit excellent resistance to both corrosion and oxidation in acid and saltwater environments. Will maintain mechanical properties up to 1800°F.
Pre and post heat according to base metal chemistry.

718
Nickel
Alloy
718 is a high nickel-chromium-columbium-molybdenum alloy designed for use on Inconel® alloys 706, 718 and X-750. Deposit will exhibit high strength and good ductility at elevated temperatures. Deposits will precipitation harden with heat treatment. Deposit microstructure may be enhanced with cryogenic treatment.
Pre and post heat according to base metal chemistry.
Age harden at 1325°F for 8 hours then furnace cool to 1150°F at 100°F hour, then air cool for optimal mechanical properties.

1331
Silicon
Bronze
Silicon bronze is a copper based alloy containing approximately 3% silicon with trace elements of manganese, tin and zinc. Recommended for use on copper, copper silicon and copper zinc based alloys.
Pre and post heat according to base metal chemistry.

1332
Aluminum
Bronze
Aluminum bronze is iron bearing alloy used to join and build up many dissimilar ferrous and non ferrous metals. An excellent build up and over lay alloy because of its wear and corrosion resistance.
Pre and post heat according to base metal chemistry.

1340
Ampco
940
Designed for use Ampco® 940 alloy. Ampco® 940 is a (beryllium free) alloy used wherever a good electrical or thermal conductivity is necessary. Very high mechanical properties when compared to other alloys in this category.
Pre and post heat according to base metal chemistry.

1383
Beryllium
Copper
Beryllium copper based alloy designed for use in the plastic molding industry. Excellent resistance to heat build up. Good electrical conductivity.
Non-sparking.
Alloy contains beryllium. See material safety data sheet for any additional information.

1400
Nickel
Commercially pure nickel alloy.
