Titanium 6AL 4V is recommended for use on 6% aluminum with 4 % vanadium alloys. Deposits are strong and tough with high fatigue strength. Used mainly in the aircraft and petrol chemical industries. Deposit will respond to heat treatment.

Pre and post heat according to base metal chemistry.
